The clubs
How it is
Rugby, football and cricket are played on township fields and school grounds every weekend. Talent gets seen when a scout happens to be there.
An idea
A match filmed on a phone from the sideline. Free tools turn the video into player stats a coach can send to a scout.
The question
What if the stats went to the scout, instead of waiting for the scout to come?
